However obscured it is, you can't miss the essential wisdom of the message "Eat More Kale" - you know it makes sense and you heard it here first.

    Ha!
    I hated kale as a kid and bought some for the first time ever two days ago and introduced my wife to it for the very first time. Lightly steamed and served with a great stew, it was fantastic - and on the shopping list from now on. It was nothing like how I remembered. What have I been missing out on all these years.

    Steamed, served with with finely chopped bacon or lightly dressed with hot sesame oil - mmm!
